Additional Rules

• *PAYMENT POLICY*
• - Advance 50% – To reserve the date.
• - Balance – Full amount to be paid in *CASH* at the time of Check -in.
• An additional refundable (damage) deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected in cash at Check-in, which will be fully refunded at check-out provided that -
• - There is no damage caused to/in the property,
• - The number of guests does not increase post booking confirmation, and
• - The check-out time is adhered to strictly.
• Please note, as this property is not GST registered, we don't collect GST.
• *CANCELLATION POLICY*
• 50% refund of stay amount if cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in
• 0% refund if cancelled in last 48 hours to check-in

• • Lunch: 1:30 p.m.
• • High Tea: 5:30 p.m.
• • Dinner: 9:00 p.m.
• • Morning Tea/Bread Butter: 8:30 a.m. Breakfast: 9:00 a.m.
• 1. Late Check out is chargeable per hour.
• 2. We suggest that you carry your own towels and toiletries.
• 3. Outdoor loud music to be restricted until 10:00 pm only. You can play music indoors.
• 4. No food and drinks allowed in the swimming pool area
• 5. Swimming Pool timings: 9 am to 8 pm.
• 6. Power outage by MSEB is not in our control. We do have inverter back up.
• 7. Pets are not allowed.
• 8. Smoking is allowed in the allotted smoking area. Smoking Hukka is not
• allowed.
• 9. Outdoor Footwear is not allowed inside the Villa
• 10. No plucking of fruits, vegetables, and flowers from any property
• 11. We have a separate room for Drivers - Cost Rs 1250/- per driver including staff meals.
• 12. For Security purposes – ID card/Aadhar Card is mandatory at the time of check-in.
• 13. Sole responsibility of any luggage and valuables will be of the customers.
• 14. Anyone found in possession of/smoking/doing drugs which have been banned/prohibited/regulated as per the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act (NDPS Act), 1985 and will be asked to leave the property immediately.
