December 2025"Wonderful Stay at Passiflora Villa! We had an amazing experience at Passiflora Villa! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay — crystal clear and perfect for both relaxation and fun. The rain dance setup added an extra dose of excitement! The lawn was beautifully maintained, offering a great space for our little girl to play and enjoy outdoor games. What truly stood out was the delicious homely food — cooked with love and care. Every meal was finger-licking good, and the special sweet dices and after-meal mukhwas were such thoughtful touches that made the experience even more delightful. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and joyful getaway!"

December 2025"A Perfect Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Beautifully Managed. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Passiflora! The amenities were top-notch – from the spacious bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen to the private pool and direct beach access. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and very comfortable. What really stood out was the exceptional cleanliness of the villa. Every room was spotless, and the staff maintained high hygiene standards throughout our stay. It felt like home, but better. The villa manager and team were incredibly friendly, professional, and always available when needed. They respected our privacy while still being attentive – a perfect balance. The location is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I would highly recommend Villa Passiflora to anyone looking for a clean, and well-managed getaway. - - The number of guests does not increase post booking confirmation, and

- 1. Late Check out is chargeable per hour.
- 2. We suggest that you carry your own towels and toiletries.
- 3. Outdoor loud music to be restricted until 10:00 pm only. You can play music indoors.
- 4. No food and drinks allowed in the swimming pool area
- 5. Swimming Pool timings: 9 am to 8 pm.
- 6. Power outage by MSEB is not in our control. We do have inverter back up.
- 7. Pets are not allowed.
- 8. Smoking is allowed in the allotted smoking area. Smoking Hukka is not
- allowed.
- 9. Outdoor Footwear is not allowed inside the Villa
- 10. No plucking of fruits, vegetables, and flowers from any property
- 11. We have a separate room for Drivers - Cost Rs 1250/- per driver including staff meals.
- 12. For Security purposes – ID card/Aadhar Card is mandatory at the time of check-in.
- 13. Sole responsibility of any luggage and valuables will be of the customers.
- 14. Anyone found in possession of/smoking/doing drugs which have been banned/prohibited/regulated as per the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act (NDPS Act), 1985 and will be asked to leave the property immediately.
