Property Rules

Additional Rules
- An additional refundable (damage) deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected in cash at Check-in, which will be fully refunded at check-out provided that -
- - There is no damage caused to/in the property,
- - The number of guests does not increase post booking confirmation, and
- - The check-out time is adhered to strictly.
- 1. We have professional chef in house, Meal package is mandatory to be taken from property, kitchen is not accessible to the guests.
- 2. Our property staff is dedicated to ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We kindly request all guests to treat the staff with respect and courtesy.
- 3. Late Check out is chargeable per hour.
- 4. We suggest that you carry your own towels and toiletries.
- 5. Outdoor loud music to be restricted until 11:00 pm only. You can play music indoors.
- 6. Power outage by MSEB is not in our control. We do have an inverter as back up which lasts based on the usage. Invertor doesn't support heavy appliances.
- 7. Pets are not allowed in the pool, however, if such disallowed usage is witnessed, a fine of Rs. 10,000 will be charged.
- 8. For Security purposes – ID card/Aadhar Card is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
- 9. Sole responsibility of any luggage and valuables will be of the customers.
- 10. Kitchen is not accessible to the guests for cooking.
- 11. Anyone found in possession of/smoking/doing drugs which have been banned/prohibited/regulated as per the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act (NDPS Act), 1985 and will be asked to leave the property immediately.
